Here we have a stunning Les Paul Professional which was made by Ibanez in the Fujigen factory in the early 1970's. It's a copy of the Gibson Les Paul Professional which was a huge step forward in many ways for Gibson. The Japanese copies of that era are becoming increasingly sought after because they were just fantastical and so alike the Gibson models they were trying to copy, Gibson had to take them to court.
It has some battle scars and a couple of scratchy pots/switches but everything works as it should.
This particular guitar was once owned by Gordon Giltrap who actually signed the back of the headstock for it's next oner. (See pictures) The signature has been left in place but can easily be removed if needed.
