Delivery Timescale & Services
Delivery options and prices will be displayed in your shopping basket, according to the basket contents. Shopping baskets with contents totalling below £99 will incur a flat rate of £4.99 delivery charge. Shopping baskets with contents totalling over £99 will include free delivery to UK mainland addresses.
Shipping on strings and some smaller accessories will be charged at £1.49.
Items listed as ‘Available’ will be dispatched on a Next Working Day delivery service if ordered by 12pm. Please note Saturdays, Sundays and English Bank Holidays do not fall under a Working Day.
Items listed as ‘Available to Order’ will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives to our warehouse, which can take between 3-10 working days. We will always contact you regarding any delay with an item you have ordered, providing an estimated time of arrival to your delivery address.

Delivery to Alternative Address
For orders placed by Credit Card or Debit Card: If your order is under £300 (350€) and providing the details you enter pass all of our security checks, you may be offered the option of changing the delivery address once a transaction has been processed.
We may reject orders when according to our security checks, the address you have provided does not match the card holder’s address - this is to help prevent credit card fraud.
For orders placed by PayPal: We can only deliver to the address that is confirmed in PayPal.
For orders placed by bank transfer or cheque: We can deliver to any address you choose, providing the funds have cleared in our bank.
Collection from our Showroom
You may place an order over the telephone for collection from our showroom, but if you intend to pay by credit or debit card, you will be required to pay for the goods in person when you collect.
Please note: 'In Stock' figures quoted on this website represent the total stock quantity we have available for next day delivery when ordered online. These items are also available to view or collect from our showroom. If you intend to visit our showroom and view or purchase a product, please feel free to call us on 01905 723 951 to arrange for the product to be easily available when you visit.
What happens if I am not in when the courier tries to deliver?
The courier should leave a card to let you know they tried to deliver. They will usually try to deliver again the next day, but alternatively you can contact them directly using the details they provide on the card, to arrange a different delivery day.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
This is a very rare occurrence, but occasionally things do go wrong. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your name and/or order number, and let us know the details of the problem. We will collect the incorrect item from you, and arrange to get the correct item sent out to you as quickly as possible.
What time of day will my order be delivered?
Standard weekday deliveries can be anytime between 8am and 6pm, depending on the time that the courier local to your area can delivery. Tracking details will be provided within the Shipping Confirmation email, and should be available to use upon day of delivery to check the estimated time of delivery.
