We ship within the EU and to a number of countries outside the EU

We ship to all EU countries. To find out if we ship to your country, simply add an item to your basket and when at checkout, your shipping cost will automatically be updated for you.

If your country is not on the list, it is most likely that it is not economical for us to ship to you. However, if you are interested in international shipping to your country and it's currently not available from our online store, please contact our customer services team by telephone on +44 (0)1905 723951, or by using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

 

How much will my shipping cost?

Shipping charges differ from country to country. The easiest way to find out the delivery charge for an item on our website is to add that item to your shopping cart and our system will automatically update the shipping cost to wherever you are in the world.

 

Import Duties and Taxes

Please be aware if you live outside the EU you will possibly have to pay 'import duties' to the courier when your items are delivered. Again, these differ from country to country. Please ensure that you find out what your local import duties are going to be before you order. We cannot refund an order because of these unavoidable customs charges.

 

How long does international delivery take?

We use a worldwide service from DPD which is insured against loss or damage. Usually items take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive, but don't be too alarmed if your order takes a little longer, simply follow the tracking you were issued when your order left us to find out where your item is.

Please be aware, all orders need to be signed for at the shipping address so please make sure someone is around to sign for the delivery and check over the order.

 

 

Prices & Sales Tax

We advertise all our prices in our local currency £GBP, and we have to show the price including UK VAT (20% sales tax). If you live inside the European Union this is the price you will pay.

However, if we ship your order to a country outside of the EU you won’t have to pay 20% VAT, which means the price of the order will come down by 20%. Sales tax is deducted automatically when our system detects where you're shopping from in the world.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards & Paypal. We also offer 0% finance options to customers within the UK.

The UK price that we’ll charge you will automatically be converted to your local currency by our system. The exchange rate will vary from day to day, so if you've added items to your basket and gone back the day after to buy, please allow for the exchange rate to be slightly different.

Check an online currency converter for exchange rates but please be aware your bank may have a different exchange rate.

What if the item says 'Available To Order - Call For Availability'?

If you're hoping to get the best estimate for when your goods will most likely be delivered, please contact us first before you order. We will ship your goods to you as soon as they arrive to us. If the order is taking too long or you've changed your mind, no problem! Your order can be cancelled at no extra cost.

 

We check items before sending

Our team are dedicated to supplying you with top quality goods in full working order. All items are checked for any faults or damage before sending. If you're buying a guitar we usually slacken the strings to release the tension on the neck and avoid a neck break in transit.

International Warranty & Returns Policy

If the unlikely happens and for any reason your goods are faulty, we will do everything in our power to help you get them working again. Even if you chose a local technician of your choice, we will liaise with them to try and help you avoid this cost.
If you want to return your items you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us. International returns are very rare and we will do everything in our power to help you avoid this from happening!
